I borrowed this photo of a beautiful sunset from my sister. I emailed her and told her I just loooove the colors of this sunset. I know she had to have taken this from her back porch which overlooks the ocean. She IM’d me later to tell me this wasn’t at sunset, it was at sunrise! I’m like, what, you were up that early? I know she doesn’t usually get up early enough to see the sun rising. Then, I realized, yep, she’ll be seeing more of these things. Why?

Because these two just started school this year and have turned their mommy to something close to a homeroom mom, but not quite. They’re working on it.
