Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Here is another Thanksgiving idea. This would be a great snack while waiting for the main event, or while watching the game.

  1. Hey,
that’s what we did with our pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin we carved last Halloween. Although, we just washed the seeds , towel dried, cooked in a pan and mixed with butter and then baked them. I’ll try to boil them next time.

  2. i have never ever prepared my pumpkin seeds after carving it, because i never knew how!
    it looks good.
    hey jmom,
    happy thanksgiving.

  3. Cam across this randomly looking for snack ideas. It’s a little early for Thanksgiving (or Halloween for that matter…), but I think this would be a nice, healthy snack for any season. I’ll give it a try…
