New Journey Member is Filipino!

I just found out about this recently via email (thanks Ting :)). The band, Journey, has a new lead singer in the ultra talented Arnel Pineda from Quezon City, Philippines. Read the press release here.

Truly, truly awecome. I went to Journey’s homesite and read the details of his joining the band. Maybe he never even dreamed he’d be singing for a renown band…and lead at that.

Sorry been busy and haven’t dropped by your house Yep, heard about this guy… was LOL when the report said that Arnel hung-up on the initial call from the Journey band member because he thought it was a crank. Truly unbelievable stroke of good luck for him. There are a lot of great singers out there but rarely do they get “discovered” as Arnel did.
