When i was a teen my mom didnt have a hard time getting me and my sister out side we love to be out side. I have a granduaghter who is eight and all she wants to do is watch tv or play games so i went ou and bought her a bike at first it was hard to get her out on it but i think she is starting to like it know she comes up to meand ask it we can go for a bike ride

Swimming is great fun and great exercise, and easy on the joints in the long run. Riding bikes is also a great way to get out of the house and exercise.
