The McLinky BlogHop theme this week is THREE THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT ME. If you’re a regular reader, my friend or my family, you probably already know these about me.

1. I have a morbid fascination about visiting cemeteries. Well one, I grew up visiting dead ancestors every All Saint’s Day in the Philippines. It’s just a tradition I grew up with. But even now that I live far away from that culture, I still like to visit cemeteries, especially old ones. I wonder about the people buried there and what their lives were like.

2. I love Phoenix Bakery’s (in Los Angeles, CA) strawberry cake with whipped cream frosting and vanilla cream filling. I love getting it on my birthday (which is coming up btw, ;) hint * hint) or even on my non-birthdays.

3. The third one’s easy. MY FAMILY IS MY LIFE :) This is only some of us. LOL!

  1. Ooh–strawberry cake sounds delicious!

  2. “strawberry cake with whipped cream frosting and vanilla cream filling.” Wow. Sounds delicious!

  3. I LOVE cemeteries! And cake! And my family! Are we, like twins, or what?!

  4. The cake you get at the Phoenix Bakery sounds like a cake I get from ours in town. They have this Cherry Angel Food or Strawberry Angel Food cake with frosting that is fantastic. Although I haven’t been able to get my hands on the cupcakes as they are sold out by the time I do get there. LOL I am now following you through networked blogs (MBC) Have a great weekend.

  5. Interesting that you like cemeteries. More interesting that you like cake. LOL. Your family is beautiful.
